The user agrees that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be incorporated into a file owned by AÑORETA GOLF SA, hereinafter the company, with Tax ID number A-29364627 and registered office at Avda. del golf s/n, CP 29730 Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga, for the management of the booking system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with website users who process bookings, as well as for carrying out statistical studies of users registered on the aforementioned website that allow for the design of improvements in the services provided. All fields on the forms marked as mandatory must be completed for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents to the use of the bank details provided to cover any penalties for cancellations or no-shows as set out in the rate conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily involves the aforementioned processing, and therefore the process cannot be carried out if you object to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and LO 3/2018 LOPDGDD, your data may be processed for commercial and administrative purposes by this company, including by electronic means. You may revoke your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by sending a written request to reservas@fayhotels.com.

Accuracy of data

The user shall be responsible, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, and the company reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable under the law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorised to provide data belonging to third parties. Only with the consent of future hotel guests may the user enter their names and surnames in the Room Distribution section. This information will enable the chosen hotel to provide them with

better service to their guests, it is optional, so that its consignment by the user implies, under their sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering personal information.

Data processing during browsing

In accordance with the obligation set forth in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are hereby informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of computers that connect to them. Hotel liability

Access to the website does not imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about hotel vacancies at the time of requesting said information, so if you make an online booking, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. Booking hotel accommodation on this website implies the customer’s agreement and acceptance of each and every one of the general terms and conditions set out herein.

Prices

The prices shown are retail prices including VAT.

The price includes: Price per night based on the type of room and board selected, except for hotels where other services are specifically indicated as included.

The price does not include: Any services not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.

Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule, and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Passports and visas

All travellers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or national identity card, in accordance with current legislation. It will be their responsibility to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required for travel. Minors under the age of 18 must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. If the granting of visas is rejected by any authority for reasons specific to the user, or if entry into the country is denied due to a lack of the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not carrying it, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred shall be borne by the consumer, with the conditions and rules established for no-shows applying in these circumstances.
